Kick-off summer vacation with a fun run along Lake Minnewaska!The 5K walk/run begins at City Park at the Lakeside Ballroom parking lot and "runs" along Lake Minnewaska to Captains - and back. With the same start and finish locations, kids in strollers and dogs are welcome to join you!
Remember, you don't have to go fast, you just have to go!

Registration will take place on line or by phone ONLY. Registration closes at 2 p.m. the Monday before the food drop. Registration on-line at www.uwdp.org between 10 a.m. Sunday, March 6, and 2 p.m. Monday, March 7, and complete the on-line form; or by calling 320-834-7800 on Monday, March 7, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This monthly event is made possible by the United Way of Pope and Douglas Counties. Upcoming Dates: April 12, May 10 and June 14.

Riding For a Cause is back to our full, in-person event for the 26th Annual Motorcycle and Car Run. Ride on two wheels or cruise in four on Saturday, June 18 at City Park. Enjoy the first day of summer at Rolling Forks Vineyards! Invite a friend and join the Auxiliary of Glacial Ridge Health System for Girls Night Out! Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 4-7 pm
This is an opportunity for friends and neighbors to socialize, shop vendor tables, order food and drinks, and participate in a winery tour and presentation (optional). You can also learn more about the Auxiliary, and renew your annual membership or join the organization.
The event is primarily social, with a little bit of fundraising mixed in. The Auxiliary is sponsoring a Grand Prize Raffle at $5.00/ticket to raise funds for their annual Health Careers Scholarship Fund. The scholarships are awarded to area high school seniors who are continuing their education in the healthcare field.
A winery tour takes place at 5:30 pm, and Melanie will give a presentation at 6 pm (these are optional).
