About Us

Residents of Pope and surrounding counties that are committed to developing single track and multi use trails in the area to enhance use of adjacent recreation areas and local commerce.  

Barsness Park in Glenwood currently has multi use trails and the building of a single track course has begun. In the 200+ acre wooded parcel, there are currently 4 miles of single track trail with plans for an additional 5-10 miles of single track addition to be completed and professionally built by 2021

Located adjacent to Lake Minnewaska with camping sites, swimming beach, shopping, restaurants, hotels, and the Pope County Historical Society & Museum. 

The single track trail system easily connects with other multi-use trails in the area, highways, and other outdoor recreational activities, making this site a destination ride for West-Central Minnesota.
