Join us for our March program
“Fire Kvinner med Forklӕr”
(Four Women in Aprons)
Karen Freeman, Kathy Claussen, Julie Hanson, and Rose Meade
will share how to make four authentic, yummy Norwegian foods:
  • Fattigmann (Poor man’s cookie)
  • Risgrøt – Rice pudding
  • Hjertvafler – Heart-shaped waffles
  • Smørbrød – Open-faced sandwiches
Information about the Sons of Norway Cultural Food Program will be shared. You will also hear about heritage recipes and family stories around Norwegian foods that we love.
