Hands-on manual therapy techniques can help improve motion and therefore decrease pain in the spine; and the referred nerve pain in the legs and sciatica. Angela Redepenning, PT, DPT is a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist and works with clients on spinal strength, flexibility, and movement for pain relief.
Angela will address low back pain and nerve pain (commonly referred to as sciatica), what can cause it and why does it hurt so much? You will also learn what happens during the physical therapy evaluation and what to expect in the follow-up sessions.
